Job summary

IPolarity LLC seeks a Life Sciences Program Manager to lead a Veeva Vault Clinical implementation (CTMS, Site Connect preferred, else eTMF). You will own program governance and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver milestones in a regulated environment.

You’ll engage senior IT and business stakeholders, chair steerCo meetings, manage multiple vendors, and steer risk, change, and scope to ensure delivery aligns with GxP and R&D requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in program management and stakeholder management across IT and business.
• Expertise with Veeva Vault Clinical solutions (CTMS, Site Connect preferred, else eTMF).
• Strong knowledge of Life Sciences R&D GxP environments and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global program management for the client’s program scope.
• Oversee Veeva Vault Clinical implementation (CTMS, Site Connect or eTMF).
• Manage senior stakeholders across IT and business; chair steerCo meetings.
• Coordinate cross-workstream, cross-vendor, and cross-program collaborations.

• Life Sciences R&D GxP experienced Global Program Manager (for client’s program scope) with experience in successfully program managing a Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS, Site Connect preferred else eTMF) implementation • Senior / executive stakeholder management, for both IT and Business • Ability to steer the program and chair steerco meetings • Handle cross workstream, cross vendor and cross program collaborations effectively.
