Position Overview

The Private Capital Program Manager will support the AFWERX Program Management Office (PMO) in its mission to maximize participation in DAF acquisitions and facilitate the transfer and transition of these technologies to the warfighter and the commercial sector.

Minimum Position Requirements

1. Strong project management skills and relevant experience
2. Experience conducting quantitative analysis to support strategy development and operational performance
3. Experience in cost, schedule, and performance planning and execution
4. Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and develop strong stakeholder relationships
6. Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly
8. Ability to analyze diverse data points and extract key insights
9. Capacity to communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences
10. Proficient with computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
11. High responsibility, ownership, and accountability
12. Ability to use data effectively in discussions and decision-making
13. 3-5 years of relevant experience
