Job summary

2W Tech in Pewaukee, WI is seeking a results-driven Program Manager for our Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) to manage a book of clients and drive multi-team execution.

You will own client health, deliver roadmaps, upgrades, and continuous improvement, coordinate with consultants, engineers, and success teams, and report progress to leadership.

This onsite role requires 3+ years in PM/PMO, strong client-facing skills, PMP/Agile, and ERP/Microsoft ecosystem experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, program management, or project coordination experience in a client-facing or managed services environment.
• 2+ years in client service, client success, or account management with renewal track record.
• Strong client relationship skills and strategic planning ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead client CIP execution with project plans, timelines, and task coordination.
• Serve as primary program manager for your book of clients with clear communication and progress tracking.
• Report monthly/quarterly results to clients and 2W leadership.
• Maintain program docs: plans, milestones, risks, and action items in 2W systems.
• Monitor progress, spot risks early, coordinate with internal teams to stay on track.
• Partner with consultants, engineers, and success teams to deliver positive outcomes.
• Drive timelines for technical initiatives and client adoption of 2W/Epicor best practices.

Are you the person who turns a client’s shifting priorities into a clear plan and a finished result? Do you thrive where relationships matter, the details are many, and client outcomes are the scoreboard?

Our continued growth has created the need add another Program Manager to our Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) for a growing portfolio of clients.

2W Tech works with cutting-edge, state-of-the-art technology solutions and services. This role is built for organized, client-obsessed program leaders who can own the ongoing relationship, keep dozens of initiatives moving, and make every client feel like they are our only client.

This is not a sit-back-and-coordinate role. You will own the health of your client programs to end, drive execution across teams, and step in when things go off track. You are expected to operate as a partner and advocate to the client and a leader within our organization, not just a coordinator.

Some of the areas you will be responsible for include:

• Manage a book of clients
• Epicor Kinetic and ERP engagements
• Microsoft Modern Work and Technology engagements
• Ongoing client roadmaps, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Project documentation, milestones, risks, and status reporting
• Adoption, utilization, and renewal of 2W solutions
• Cross-functional coordination across consultants, engineers, and success teams

You do not need to be the deepest technical expert (we hav e got those). But you do need to be someone who can build trust, connect the dots, and drive results on behalf of the client .

This position is onsite at our Pewaukee, WI HQ.

If this is your next gig, you will need to:

• Lead client CIP execution by building project plans, timelines, and task coordination that deliver successful client engagements
• Serve as the primary program manager for your book of clients, owning clear communication, documentation, and progress tracking throughout the engagement
• Report monthly and quarterly results to clients and 2W leadership
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, milestones, risks, action items, and status updates in 2W systems
• Monitor program progress, spot risks or issues early, and coordinate with internal teams to keep client initiatives on track
• Partner with consultants, engineers, Client Success, Sales, and Support to deliver consistent, positive client outcomes
• Drive technical initiatives and implementation timelines, and help clients adopt 2W and Epicor best practices
• Initiate and drive strategic planning for client road maps
• Identify opportunities to improve client adoption and utilization while supporting renewals through proactive program management
• Contribute to the refinement of our CIP processes, documentation, and delivery standards by sharing lessons learned
• Facilitate client meetings and occasional onsite engagements, and provide coverage for peers when the team needs it

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of project management, program management, or project coordination experience, ideally in a client-facing or managed services environment
• 2+ years in a client service, client success, or account management role with a proven track record of keeping clients happy, engaged, and renewing
• Strong client relationship skills
• Strategic planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong organizational, time management, and independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to accurately estimate, plan, and provide up-to-date status reporting throughout an engagement
• Comfort managing a high volume of concurrent work in a fast-paced environment while keeping cool
• Self-motivated and accountable, with a genuine, positive client service attitude
• Confidence working across operational and executive levels, internally and with clients
• Have experience with Epicor, ERP, or Microsoft ecosystem environments
• Hold PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications
• Have worked in consulting, managed services, or a CRM-driven delivery model
• Hold an entrepreneurial or “builder” mindset
