Job summary

Evlo AI in Atlanta is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution for product and infrastructure programs. You will coordinate engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship complex initiatives on schedule, owning planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and reporting.

This role will turn ambiguity into clear plans, publish dashboards, and support sprint ceremonies, status reviews, and executive readouts across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of program or project management experience in a technology or software environment.
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional technical programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on fluency with agile tooling and practices (Jira, Confluence, sprint ceremonies, backlog management).
  • Strong written communication — able to distill complex technical status into crisp executive summaries.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of 2-3 concurrent cross-functional programs, from kickoff through launch and post-launch review.
  • Build and maintain program plans, roadmaps, and dependency maps in tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion; keep stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, and tradeoffs.
  • Run rigorous program rituals: sprint planning support, status reviews, risk and issue tracking, and executive readouts.
  • Identify and elevate blockers early; negotiate priorities across engineering, product, and business teams to keep work unblocked.
  • Define and track program health metrics (velocity, milestone slippage, launch readiness) and publish regular dashboards.
  • Improve how the organization ships: refine intake processes, postmortem practices, and planning cadences based on retrospective learnings.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across QA, support, marketing, and infrastructure to ensure smooth go-lives.
