Qualifications

  • 8+ years leading executive staff operations and workflow programs.
  • Experience in DoD or federal environments with governance & ETMS2.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Alternate Contract Manager and site lead, providing leadership continuity and full contract authority in the Contract Manager's absence.
  • Lead ExecSec/SACO ETMS2 tasking operations, governance meeting support, and workflow manager coordination across the organization.
  • Review and verify regulatory and organizational procedures within the ETMS2 Business Rules; lead working groups and draft portions of the Business Rules document.
  • Develop and maintain business process improvements, training curricula, and business rules for staffing operations.
  • Review official AO training slides for grammar and formatting; construct Executive Level Writing training materials and deliver oral presentations at Training events.
  • Facilitate monthly workflow manager synchronization meetings and provide guidance on system improvements and business processes.
  • Oversee SharePoint workflow administration and executive task management activities supporting leadership and mission execution.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the customer’s operations as the on-site ANG site lead and Alternate Contract Manager for Chartis Federal's National Guard Bureau (NGB) Staff Action Support Services contract. This role owns ETMS2 workflow management, governance support, business process improvement, and training oversight for the mission.

The ideal candidate brings demonstrated leadership of executive staff operations and workflow management programs, along with the judgment and authority to step into the Contract Manager role when needed.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience leading executive staff operations, workflow management programs, and business process analysis in a DoD or federal environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in governance support and ETMS2 or comparable tasking environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Public Administration, Business Management, Public Policy, Economics, or Marketing (preferred).
  • Site lead, program lead, or Alternate Contract Manager experience (preferred).
  • National Guard Bureau (NGB) or Air National Guard (ANG) leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Must have active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
