Position Overview

We are seeking a Staff Action Analyst to support the customer with governance meeting coordination, classified tasker processing, and document repository management. This role works directly in support of NGB senior leaders and Joint Staff coordination activities.

The ideal candidate brings experience operating in classified (SIPRNET/JWICS) environments, supporting high-tempo governance meeting schedules, and coordinating with senior military and civilian leadership.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the governance meeting calendar, attendee lists, and RSVP tracking; confirm VTC/SVTC/TSVTC scheduling and General Officer participation ahead of each session.
  • Distribute digital and printed read-ahead materials to OPRs, Planners, and senior leaders per need-to-know; manage Top Secret submissions through the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS).
  • Identify and assign OPRs/OCRs for each governance meeting; update and redistribute tasking as requirements change.
  • Facilitate governance meeting preparatory and debrief sessions, including Secret/Top Secret conference room preparation and administrative support.
  • Maintain the JACO document repository and digital archive of meeting materials in compliance with records management requirements.
  • Process SIPRNET/JWICS/Joint Staff Action Processing (JSAP) tasks and support onboarding and training of incoming military, civilian, and contractor personnel.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting governance meeting coordination, classified tasker processing, and document repository management in a DoD or Joint Staff environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working within SIPRNET/JWICS environments and classified conference/meeting support.
