Lockheed Martin is seeking a program manager to direct all phases of complex programs from inception through completion. You will own cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinating proposals and customer reviews.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish milestones, manage risks, and work with leadership to allocate resources and negotiate contract changes. A active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or combined experience and education.
• Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, & project execution)
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment and balance technical with business needs
• Active Secret Clearance
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across organizational levels

Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or combined experience and education
• Project / program management experience in an Agile Development Environment (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, & project execution)
• Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
• Knowledge of LM Risk and Opportunity processes and procedures
• Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
• Experience with Quality audits and the Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) Process
• Experience submitting proposals and writing / reviewing Basis of Estimate (BOE)
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and tools
• Experience with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Initiatives

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
