Lockheed Martin in California seeks a seasoned Program Planning & Integration leader to direct all phases from inception to completion. You will manage end-to-end planning, schedule management, and integration with program management, customers, and senior leadership.
Lead a planning team, drive schedule risk analysis, performance metrics, and coordination with stakeholders. Prior experience with EVM, Deltek/OpenPlan, and MS Project is required. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.
Partners with Program & Senior Management and directs all phases of Program Planning & Integration from inception through completion. Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management in support of program capture and execution. Collaborates with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Manages vertical and horizontal integration and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Provides leadership to program planning team and ensures: modeling and measuring techniques are in place to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline and to perform schedule risk assessments; time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments are performed and coordinated with program management; performance and health metrics analyses are utilized to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Full-Time Salary Range: $123400.00 - $229200.00
