This Systems Project Analyst position with the Florida Department of Children and Families supports the ESS ACCESS Florida applications, handling research, documentation, and triage of system issues. Key qualifications:

• 1 year of IT applications/systems level, IT business analysis, or similar hands-on technical experience
• 4 years of job experience in an IT environment or similar technical roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Knowledge of ACCESS Florida Security profiles and system development life cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
