Job summary

CSS in the United States is seeking a Specialist - Program Management to coordinate assigned programs, support customers, and drive contract compliance. You will work with engineering, purchasing, vendors, and logistics to keep shipments on schedule.

The role requires 2–4 years of PM experience, strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills to ensure accurate data, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction across programs.

Responsibilities

  • Quotes materials, coordinating engineering, purchasing, vendors, and sales to align on orders
  • Provides support for sourcing of material, coordinating sales and operations teams
  • Updates customer owned inventory, tracking to ensure shipment before new inventory is brought in
  • Interfaces with customers, internal logistics team, and freight companies for timely shipment
  • Provides information for quarterly pricing for contract business and validates expirations of SPAs
  • Contacts customers on invoice issues and reconciles errors
  • Manages batches of orders ensuring customer data is received in internal systems and accurate drops to warehouse for shipping
  • Post-order support by expediting material with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordination with warehouse leaders for assigned program business to ensure shipments go out the door on time
  • Contributes ideas for improving departmental efficiency
