Job summary

PROJECTXYZ is seeking a qualified FMS CPM Support professional to assist the Country Program Manager with developing, implementing, executing, and closing FMS cases across potential US government and DSCA programs.

The role requires an active security clearance, a related bachelor’s degree, and extensive logistics and FMS experience, with strong written and oral communication to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active US Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, PM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Eight years of logistical experience required.
• Five years of related FMS experience with case management systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Country Program Manager for FMS processes to develop, implement, execute, and close cases.
• Participate in program reviews and SSCIs related to Building Partnership Capacity programs.
• Ensure pricing and availability reviews meet DSCA timelines.
• Prepare management documents for assessments, PMRs, and notifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve schedule, engineering, logistics, and financial concerns.
• Track and consolidate cost estimates and price/availability data.
• Act as liaison between government agencies to advance FMS cases.
