Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years program management experience or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quotes materials and coordinates with engineering and purchasing to align with the customer.
• Supports sourcing of material and coordinates sales and operations teams.
• Updates customer-owned inventory and tracks shipments.
• Interfaces with customers, logistics team and freight companies for timely shipments.
• Provides pricing information and coordinates quotations with vendors.
• Contacts customers on invoice issues and reconciles errors.
• Manages batches of orders in internal systems for accurate warehouse drops.
• Expedites material with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
