Job summary

CSS is seeking a Program Manager in Irving, TX to oversee customer programs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, staffing, and vendors, while preparing executive reports and aligning with corporate goals on safety, quality, and cost.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of related experience; 7 years preferred.
• 2 years of program management and 5 years of project management in large-scale programs preferred.
• Experience with deployment/commissioning of liquid-cooled rack systems and supporting infrastructure preferred.
• Experience managing people in a matrixed environment and developing processes to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages programs with multiple projects from start to finish.
• Defines scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• Develops full-scale project plans and communications to manage timelines and critical path.
• Monitors program performance and prepares monthly reports on cost and quality.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives and develops staff to be self-sufficient in processes.
• Communicates with stakeholders and procurement regarding budgets and staffing.
