Job summary

FIS seeks a seasoned project leadership professional to oversee the execution of strategic initiatives using our project management methodology. You will develop, prioritize and manage plans, budgets and resources across a range of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality while addressing risks and stakeholder needs.

You will guide project managers, monitor performance, and communicate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, developing and maintaining client and partner relationships.
• Strong ability to collaborate across enterprise and client/partner organizations.
• Drive continuous process improvement to reduce cost and improve service levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of project management professionals leading planning, execution, control, reporting and communication of complex projects.
• Manages project execution across multiple business segments and shared resources.
• Ensures on-time delivery within scope, effort and quality; reports risks to senior leadership.
