Job summary

RTX's Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit in McKinney, Texas is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead the overall execution of development and transition to production programs onsite in McKinney.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher with 5–8 years of experience in program management, strong leadership across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Engineering, and a current U.S. security clearance. On-site work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or an advanced degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in PM domains such as Cost Account Manager, IPT Lead, Production/Operations.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Contracts, and Engineering.
• Proficient with EVMS, IMP, IMS, Risk/Opportunity Management, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall program execution and shape scope, requirements, and proposals.
• Develop technology roadmaps and execute IRAD/CRAD programs to support roadmaps.
• Interface daily with customers and executive leadership to report financial and operations status.
• Ensure comprehensive risk and opportunity management and meet commitments.
• Lead annual and 5-year business plans and partner with customers.
