Job summary

Two Six Technologies seeks a Director of Program Management – Integration & Deployment Lead to drive complex, high-visibility programs from concept to deployment. You will oversee planning, resourcing, and contract execution across operational workflows, networks, and mission systems, ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years in program management, technical management, or systems engineering in defense/intelligence.
• Proven ability to harden prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Successful track record in full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts.
• Experience managing $10M+ portfolios with EAC/ETC governance.

Responsibilities

• Direct program planning, resourcing, and contract execution for high-visibility programs ($10M+).
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage profit/loss and budgets with disciplined financial tracking and growth targets.
• Serve as primary operational contact for COTRs and government stakeholders.
• Lead full-lifecycle proposals, captures, and roadmapping for production deployment capabilities.
• Establish repeatable governance and resourcing processes.
