Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Director of Program Management – Telecommunications Lead to guide a high-impact portfolio on DoD and IC programs from Arlington, VA. You will drive revenue growth and lead a skilled team through full lifecycle program execution, ensuring delivery excellence.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, deep experience in gov’t programs, and strong capabilities in 5G/6G tech, Open RAN, and private wireless infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years in program management, technical management, or systems engineering in defense/IC.
• Proven success in full-lifecycle capture and revenue growth.
• Technical understanding of 5G/6G/FutureG, private 5G, and Open RAN.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and execution of high-visibility programs $10M+ across telecom portfolio.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team with accountability and collaboration.
• Manage profit/loss and budgets with EAC/ETC tracking.
• Serve as primary operational contact for COTRs and government stakeholders.
