Job summary

Two Six Technologies in Arlington seeks a Director of Program Management – Telecommunications Lead to steer high-visibility DoD/IC initiatives in 5G/6G. You will direct planning and execution of $10M+ programs, mentor a top-performing team, and drive revenue growth through disciplined governance.

You will own P&L, manage budgets, and lead capture, proposals, and roadmaps for next-gen wireless capabilities while collaborating with government stakeholders. TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years in program management or systems engineering in defense/IC.
• Track record in full-lifecycle capture and revenue growth.
• Technical understanding of 5G/6G and private wireless.
• Proven P&L responsibility for $10M+ programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and execution of $10M+ programs in telecommunications.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability.
• Manage budgets with strict ETC/EAC tracking and growth targets.
• Serve as primary operational contact for government stakeholders.
• Drive proposals, capture milestones, and roadmapping for wireless capabilities.
• Establish governance, quality controls, and resourcing decisions.
