We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-281 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The Program Management Analyst will support the NAVPMS IPT Lead.
Functional Description: Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Supports program requirements, program schedules and performs other related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.Assist the Program/Case Manager in the execution of all assigned program activities.
Duties:
Required Experience: A Journeyman level person within a labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS degree. A Journeyman level person typically performs all functional duties independently.
Desired Experience: Journeyman - At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.
Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order: 6 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Associates Degree plus 4 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054 to $115,325.33 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
