Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee Altus ATS day‑to‑day maintenance operations and program-wide maintenance standards. You will coordinate with engineering, logistics and site managers to ensure timely servicing and compliance with QA and safety requirements.

The role requires five years of training-device maintenance experience, including two years in supervision, and an AS/AA in relevant fields; a BSEE/BSME is preferred.

Qualifications

• AS/AA degree in simulation, computers, electronics or robotics.
• Five years’ recent experience in major training devices maintenance including two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements program-wide maintenance policy and procedures.
• Prioritizes Altus ATS maintenance activities and coordinates with Site Managers.
• Coordinates with Engineering Support Center for device modification.
• Develops and implements program-wide maintenance training programs.
• Manages and tracks open work orders and reports status to COR.
• Ensures compliance with Corporate QA and SQMS programs.
