Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Ford Pro Vehicle Sales Support is required.
• Ability to maneuver through various systems to provide dealer/customers with accurate information.
• Excellent customer service ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.
• Document customer contacts and initiate outbound communications.
• Support escalated concerns from Level 1 Customer Service representatives.
• Investigate issues thoroughly and coordinate with internal teams.
• Meet or exceed performance expectations (productivity, accessibility, quality).
• Mentor and train new team members; backup subject matter expert when needed.
