Eastern Washington University’s Regional Initiatives in Dental Education (RIDE) program in Spokane seeks a Program Specialist 2 (Part Time) to coordinate activities, liaise with faculty, staff, students and external partners, and ensure program policies are applied consistently.

The role requires strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and manage diverse tasks to meet deadlines while supporting the RIDE program and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct day-to-day program operations and respond to inquiries.
• Act as liaison between faculty, staff, students, and external partners regarding academic requirements and timelines.
• Provide classroom support for faculty and lab staff; assist with minor technology issues.
• Assist with supplies, equipment, travel requests, budgeting, and scheduling as needed.
• Meet with external entities to discuss program standards and development; update program information on the website.
