Job summary

Willamette Dental is seeking a part-time Care Advocate in Spokane Valley to coordinate patient flow and provide exemplary customer service. You will liaise with clinicians, staff, and the appointment center to ensure timely treatment and clear communication.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily scheduling, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records while supporting patient engagement and HIPAA compliance. Travel to WD locations may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework desirable.
• Minimum of two years customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare or medical/dental clinic experience; HIPAA knowledge highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily schedule and maximize scheduling efficiencies.
• Understand payment methods and collect/payments for dental services; balance ledger.
• Handle monetary transactions and deposit slips; maintain accurate records.
