Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Success Coach to supervise programs supporting adults pursuing economic stability. You will oversee coaches, assign clients, provide reflective supervision, and ensure service quality and compliance.

You will engage in hiring, onboarding, and staff development, coordinate with partners, manage data quality in Apricot, and prepare funder reports while promoting continuous learning and adherence to economic mobility frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with case management, service coordination, and program monitoring.
• Ability to interact with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and provide program oversight for Success Coaches.
• Assign clients to Success Coaches and ensure referral information is complete.
• Provide reflective supervision to staff.
• Monitor workloads, caseload balance, performance, and service quality.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure program fidelity to human services and economic mobility frameworks.
• Review case notes and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Generate funder reports and respond to data requests.
• Liaise between frontline staff and program leadership.
• Contribute to program planning, improvement, and cross-department collaboration.
