Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a SETA Technical Advisor in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will provide critical Systems Engineering support to DARPA's Adaptive Capabilities Office, leveraging your expertise in R&D program management to oversee high-impact projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include technical analysis, portfolio support, and communication with military stakeholders. This position requires an active Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in R&D program management or technical support, preferably in defense.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and oversight of high-risk R&D programs.
• Provide independent technical assessment and review deliverables.
• Facilitate coordination between stakeholders and prepare briefings.
• Assist in developing acquisition documents and evaluate proposals.
