Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. seeks a Program Lead SETA to provide program management support to a government client developing solar propulsion tech for cislunar presence.

Lead budget, schedule, and performance tracking, coordinating with transition partners and IV&V entities funded by DARPA. Ideal candidates will have breadth across applied technical programs, ability to learn rapidly, and hands‑on leadership of research programs at the performer level.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of program management experience.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas to broadly support program goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter who can lead and support in a cross‑disciplinary team.
• Level of effort up to 100% and on‑site.
• Current TS Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track program and performer progress against plans and organize deliverables.
• Lead monthly or bi‑weekly performer assessments, identify risks, and mitigate them.
• Evaluate technical reports and create plans to address issues.
• Engage stakeholders across DoD agencies and services.
• Administer program activities: technical analysis, risk management, cost estimation, tech transfer.
• Prepare DARPA work products: presentations and reports.
• Attend and organize program reviews, site visits, field tests.
• Support solicitation development and source selection for new programs.
