Merakey in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Program Lead to coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure high-quality services for participants. You will report to the Program Manager and may manage a caseload, guiding staff on shift and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADLs, food preparation/feeding, and supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident Management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs including menu development, shopping, and housekeeping.
