Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a human services residential setting.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year, if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on shift and serve as point person.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with the Program Manager.
• Direct care including ADLs, meal support, and supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Coordinate incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee housekeeping and menu development.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and safety of the home.
