Job summary

Merakey in Broomall, PA is seeking a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of designated residential programs. You will coordinate staffing, manage caseloads where applicable, and ensure delivery of high-quality services to participants.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with a starting hourly rate of $19.48 plus $2 enhanced pay option. You will lead staff, manage schedules, assist with ADLs, medication, safety, and incident response while promoting a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. OR 4-5 years' experience in a human services residential setting.
• 1-3 years of experience recommended.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP certification within first year, if required.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead staff and point of contact during shifts.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct care duties including supervision, ADLs, meal prep, and safety.
• Medication management and administration as required.
• Handle incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Maintain household operations: menus, shopping, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep: cleanliness and maintenance, repairs requests.
