Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to join our team in Broomall, PA. The role oversees day-to-day program activities, coordinates staff and services, and ensures high-quality care for participants. Reporting to the Program Manager, you may manage a caseload and lead shift operations.

Schedule: 1st Shift, Sunday-Thursday 8-4p. Earn: $19.48 per hour, plus $2/hour with the Enhanced Pay Option. Must possess strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, ability to prioritize, make quick

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to make quick decisions and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Acts as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct Care duties including ADLs, meals, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs, menu development, shopping, and housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform daily maintenance; submit repairs as needed.
