Job summary

Wipro Limited in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Program Lead to oversee daily data collection operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve SLAs. You’ll serve as the primary site contact and partner with leadership to drive operational excellence.

This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role for a proactive leader who can coach teams, manage priorities, and troubleshoot in a macOS environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, project coordination, team leadership, business operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and meet operational goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of macOS and Apple devices.
  • Ability to perform basic hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Program Lead

Job-Type: Full-time direct hire position.

Location: Raleigh, NC

Work authorization: US Citizen or US Green Card only

Pay: $65K base per year

Hours: Monday-Friday (various shift times start early as 7:30am EST and end as late as 8:30pm EST)

We’re looking for a Program Lead to oversee daily data collection operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You’ll serve as the primary site contact, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, resolve issues, and improve performance. Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills
  • Geographic Information Systems (Maps)

Experience: 3-5 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $65,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
