Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience with US Government contracts or project management.
• Master’s Degree with 3 years of related experience is acceptable.
• 5+ years leading tasks on schedule, cost, and requirements achievement.
• 5+ years leading teams to common goals, strong implementation track record.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support program managers in daily coordination, proposals, planning and execution.
• Take on independent tasks as deputy program manager when needed.
• Plan and assess cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality for programs.
• Potential to assume full P&L for small to mid-size programs.
• Ensure projects meet schedule and budget while managing risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver objectives and resolve issues.
• Support/lead proposal requests and ensure timely submissions aligned to strategy.
• Prepare information for customer status updates and program reviews.
• Clearly communicate status to leadership and customers.
• Align activities with program excellence processes and monthly metrics.
