Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of combined experience and related education in office management and related areas.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with customer representatives and a geographically diverse project team.
• Experience optimizing office projects and workflows to streamline daily operations.
• Experience leading global initiatives and interacting with non-profit agencies.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at Sterling, VA and travel 50% with a secret clearance (US citizenship preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects; liaise between project management, planning, project team and line management.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor progress and intervene with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Serve as office manager and facilitator to streamline daily operations, logistics and facility maintenance; daily customer contact and coordination with external agencies.
• Travel to the customer site as required and report from Elkton, MD with work in VA.
