Job summary

This role requires strong technical leadership and program management to align with budget, plan, and schedule.

The candidate will mentor staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to engineering scope across programs.

Qualifications

• STEM degree with strong preference for Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in product development or production.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineers supporting propulsion systems programs and business development.
• Allocate resources and oversee safety, quality, and schedule across programs.
• Lead and mentor staff, drive technical excellence and process improvements.
