Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of experience, or a Master's in Engineering with 8 years of experience.
• 5 years of project, program, or people leadership experience.
• Leadership shown in allocating time and resources for team members.
• Ability to provide ongoing feedback and encourage ideas from the team.
• Experience with aerospace specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, mentor, and coach employees to ensure they meet expectations.
• Provide formal feedback and development opportunities to staff.
• Ensure support for production areas and PS&C programs; drive improvements.
• Lead, develop, and implement process, system, and site improvements.
• Lead investigations or projects and manage overhead budgets.
