Job summary

The People Concern is partnering with DHS and ODR to provide housing and Intensive Case Management Services to people being released from jail and experiencing homelessness. The Temporary Program Manager will support Case Managers in Project Based Housing, coordinating with DHS ODR staff and clinical providers to ensure trauma-informed, harm-reduction care and timely documentation.

The role is 100% onsite at Skyline Flats and Harvest Residences in Los Angeles; schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• MSW, MFT, LPC or PsyD preferred; supervision hours available.
• Minimum two years of management experience with supervision.
• Experience with homeless population or severe mental illness.
• Able to work in a Harm Reduction model with clients facing multiple barriers.
• Current, valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• On-call 24/7 with support from ODR Clinical Supervisor and ODR Program Director.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Bachelors- and Masters-level Case Managers.
• Coordinate intake, assign Case Manager for assessment, and oversee paperwork.
• Coordinate transition of Clients from interim housing and related services.
• Attend/c oversee court hearings with Clients to advocate clinically.
• Oversee submission of court progress reports and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as liaison between ODR provider sites and interim housing sites.
• Collaborate with ODR staff and partners to develop interventions.
• Respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis with leadership support.
• Ensure documentation and data collection are complete and audited.
