Job summary

Step Up is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for Inland Empire ILOS-CS Programs. You will manage caseloads, coordinate daily operations, and oversee referrals and outreach with support from the Director and Program Manager.

The role focuses on housing placements, health plan linkages, and ensuring contract and financial performance, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or Healthcare field preferred or 6 years management experience.
• Experience with case management and coordinating housing-related services is expected.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team meetings and staff schedules for ILOS-CS Programs.
• Manage outreach, enrollment, intake, assessments and tracking of new enrollments.
• Provide status updates on outreach, housing placements and program referrals.
• Ensure contract requirements and financial measures are met.
