Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Five years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of risk management and health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Employment Support Specialists (ESS).
• Oversee staff scheduling, evaluations, and daily operations.
• Manage documentation for Medicaid, WaMS, and ISP requirements.
• Coordinate participant ISPs/PCPs and quarterly reports.
• Collaborate with families, host businesses, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contracts.
