Job summary

Sample Supports is seeking a Supported Employment & SCC Manager to lead our Supported Employment and community-based day programs. This role oversees daily operations, supports team members, and ensures individuals receive meaningful, person-centered employment and community opportunities.

You will lead program operations, supervise staff, maintain compliance, and build relationships with employers to create community opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in supported employment, vocational services, day programming, human services, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple program priorities.
• Understanding of person-centered services and working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to meet applicable education and experience requirements for Supported Employment services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Supported Employment and SCC program operations.
• Supervise, support, and develop program team members.
• Ensure services meet quality, documentation, compliance, and billing expectations.
• Coordinate schedules and day-to-day program needs.
• Support individuals in achieving employment, community integration, and personal goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners.
• Create meaningful community-based activities and opportunities.
• Support client intake, meet and greets, and RFP responses.
• Maintain compliant client and employee documentation.
• Respond to program needs, challenges, and emergencies as they arise.
• Build a positive, accountable, and team-focused program culture.
