Job summary

The University of Connecticut School of Business seeks a full-time Manager of New Specialized Master’s Programs (Educational Program Administrator, P4) to drive growth of MS in Supply Chain Management and MS in Social Responsibility & Impact in Business. The role oversees student engagement and the full lifecycle from inquiry through enrollment and onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least four years of related work experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience recruiting students and coordinating student-centered events.
Experience handling admissions processes and decision-making.
Ability to use new technologies and adapt quickly.
Higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities to meet program enrollment goals.
Develop and execute regional and national recruitment strategy.
Respond to inquiries and convert interest into applications.
Plan and manage virtual information sessions with high engagement.
Manage LinkedIn presence for programs and grow followers.
Track admissions data to inform forecasting and planning.
Coordinate course scheduling, budget planning, and outreach.
