The School of Business is seeking a full-time Manager of New Specialized Master’s Programs (Educational Program Administrator, P4) to serve as a central driver for the School of Business Specialized Master's programs' growth in new programs, including MS in Supply Chain Management and MS in Social Responsibility & Impact in Business. The incumbent will report to the Executive Director of School of Business MS Programs and is responsible for student engagement and operational excellence, while overseeing the full student lifecycle from prospective inquiry through enrollment and onboarding. It combines strategic recruitment, data-informed admissions management, and high-impact marketing initiatives in coordination with the School of Business Marketing & Communications team.
This is a 12-month, end-date, annually renewable position, based in Hartford with the expectation of traveling to other University campuses, as well as other in-state and out-of-state locations. Occasional evenings and weekends will also be required in support of program needs.

This is a full-time, end-dated position with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding. The salary range for this position is $67,666 to $70,000, depending on education, qualifications, and experience. The chosen incumbent must have dependable transportation and the willingness and ability to work nights and weekends and travel in-state and out-of-state on occasion in support of program activities.
