Job summary

Honeywell UOP is seeking a Program Lead Engineer to manage and direct the control and oversight of project aspects, including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and vendor coordination. You will report to the Manager of Projects in the Hydrogen Plants Division and work on a Hybrid schedule from Rosemont, Houston, or Tulsa.

The role calls for strong leadership, deep PM knowledge, and experience with modular fabrication of process equipment and SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Experience with modular fabrication and process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution for projects.
• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies.
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
