Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Program Manager for a hybrid role based in either Rosemont, Illinois or Houston, Texas. In this role, you will lead project execution for modular equipment projects, managing the team from initiation through completion and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of project management experience in the refining or gas-processing sector, holds a degree in a related engineering field, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills. Total compensation includes an annual base salary ranging from $144,000 to $180,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Site or construction and/or engineering management experience with major EPCs.
• Experience with refining, petrochemical, or gas-processing plants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project team activities throughout all project life cycle phases.
• Implement and monitor work plans and schedules integrating Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication/Construction.
• Review financial, budget, sales, and activity reports to monitor productivity.
• Manage client meetings, subcontractor interactions, and ensure requirements are met.
• Track and control costs to remain within budget.
