Job summary

Total compensation includes an annual base salary ranging from $144,000 to $180,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Site or construction and/or engineering management experience with major EPCs.
  • Experience with refining, petrochemical, or gas-processing plants.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project team activities throughout all project life cycle phases.
  • Implement and monitor work plans and schedules integrating Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication/Construction.
  • Review financial, budget, sales, and activity reports to monitor productivity.
  • Manage client meetings, subcontractor interactions, and ensure requirements are met.
  • Track and control costs to remain within budget.

Job Description

Honeywell UOP LLC is seeking a Program Manager for a hybrid role based in Rosemont, Illinois or Houston, Texas. In this role you will lead the project execution team for modular equipment projects, managing projects from initiation through completion and delivering fully assembled modularized units on schedule. You will proactively engage with clients, senior leadership, and cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely delivery and high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage project team activities throughout all project life cycle phases.
  • Implement and monitor work plans and schedules integrating Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication/Construction, and recommend staffing requirements.
  • Review financial, budget, sales, and activity reports to monitor productivity, goal progress, and activity levels.
  • Manage client meetings, subcontractor and service provider interactions, and ensure requirements are met.
  • Track and control costs to remain within budget.
  • Review design documents for conformance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage meeting reports, operation & maintenance manuals, shop drawings, punch lists, and project close‑out documents.
  • Require travel of approximately 35%.
Qualifications
Must Have
  • 10+ years of project management experience.
  • College degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Site or construction and/or engineering management experience with major EPCs and scope definition for refining, petrochemical, or gas‑processing plants.

Salary and Benefits

The annual base salary range is $144,000 to $180,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, health savings, paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave.
