Peters Canyon, 26900 Peters Canyon Road, Tustin, CA 92782, USA, is seeking a Program Lead to oversee program quality and staff development in a Catalyst Family Inc. licensed center.

The role focuses on coaching staff, planning, assessment, and ensuring safe, high-quality interactions for children. The position collaborates with Center Manager/Site Supervisor to support enrollment, attendance, budgeting, and community relations, while maintaining diverse, inclusive environments.

Qualifications

• HS degree or GED with 15 ECE units or higher.
• 2-3 years experience in ECE/CD setting.
• 1 year mentoring and leading staff.
• Site Supervisor permit preferred or expected to acquire.

Responsibilities

• Liaises to communicate Catalyst Family Inc. vision to staff, parents, school personnel, community, and agencies as needed.
• Ensures learning from observations is translated into lesson plans, documentation, and assessments.
• Leads QRIS for Infant/Toddler programs and supervises a team of 2-5 staff.
• Coaches and mentors staff with regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Integrates new staff and aligns goals with agency values and center needs.
• Maintains licensing compliance and supports program quality improvements.
