Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Program Lead to manage program quality and staff coaching in a licensed childcare center. You will oversee planning, assessment, and alignment with agency goals to deliver high-quality programming.

You will collaborate with the Center Manager to support enrollment, purchasing, and community relations; lead QRIS for Infant/Toddler programs; ensure a safe, diverse environment, and abide by licensing and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in ECE/CD setting
• Experience mentoring and leading other adults or teaching staff
• Background checks, health screening, TB test, and immunizations
• Ability to support diverse families and staff

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality and ensure safe, healthy environments
• Coach and mentor teaching staff with regular feedback
• Collaborate with Center Manager to support enrollment and operations
• Lead QRIS for Infant/Toddler programs and ensure curriculum alignment
• Foster family and community partnerships and staff development
