Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Program Lead to manage program quality and staffing at its Davis, California center.

The role ensures high-quality interactions and safe environments for children, while guiding staff through coaching, observation, and feedback to align with the center’s mission and licensing requirements. As part of the Center Leadership team, you will support enrollment, attendance, purchasing, and community relations, with focus on continuous improvement and culturally

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements may change per state/center needs.
• 2-3 years of experience in ECE/CD setting.
• Experience mentoring and leading adults or teaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality and assessment across the center.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Collaborate with center leadership to manage enrollment, attendance, purchasing, and community relations.
• Ensure licensing, health/safety and program standards are met.
• Lead QRIS for Infant/Toddler programs and implement developmentally appropriate practices.

Education

HS Degree or GED with 15 ECE units (admin/ staff relations and core units)

AA degree with 24 ECE/CD units

BA with 12 ECE/CD units

Site Supervisor Permit or higher (preferred)

Continuing education for growth
