You will coach teachers, ensure developmentally appropriate practices, lead QRIS, and partner with center leadership on enrollment, budgeting, and community relations. This role emphasizes diversity and safe learning environments, with ongoing improvement through observation and reflection.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in ECE/CD or related field with 2 units adult supervision.
• Min 3–4 years in ECE with experience mentoring staff.
• Site Supervisor Permit or higher eligibility.
• Ability to promote inclusive, culturally responsive environments.
• Knowledge of DAP, High Scope, and California frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality and ensure licensing compliance.
• Coach and mentor teaching staff with regular feedback.
• Coordinate enrollment, attendance, and budgeting with center leadership.
• Lead QRIS participation for Infant/Toddler or Preschool as assigned.
• Foster partnerships with families and the community.
