Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Hummelstown, PA to oversee day-to-day program operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients. The role requires leading shifts, scheduling, and direct care responsibilities including ADLs, meals, and medication management, while coordinating with the Program Manager on all critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct care responsibilities including activities of daily living, meal prep and supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs including menu development, shopping and housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home; daily maintenance and repairs as needed.
