Job summary

BakerRipley, founded in 1907 in Houston, seeks a Program Supervisor for the HGCY initiative. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, supervise contractor staff, and align activities with program goals.

This role acts as the bridge to Workforce Solutions and drives performance, budgeting, and staffing to support community outcomes. You will lead improvement efforts, ensure compliance, and foster collaborative partnerships with community allies to advance workforce services and client impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, education, social services, or related field.
• 3+ years in program management, contract management, or workforce development.
• Strong knowledge of WIOA Youth requirements and performance measures.
• Staff supervision experience.
• Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
• Data management and analysis.
• Workflow development.
• Critical thinking and execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor staff delivering HGCY services.
• Ensure services meet performance targets and contractual requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison with Workforce Solutions staff.
• Manage budget, staffing, and resources.
• Lead continuous improvement and staff development efforts.
